We strive to provide practical, high‑quality financial education for life in Canada. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for eligible purchases (e.g., digital downloads, guides, courses, or consulting services, if/when offered).
2. Digital products (downloads, guides, courses)
- Eligibility window: 14 calendar days from the purchase date.
- Access/use threshold: To prevent misuse, refunds are not available if more than 20% of course content has been viewed or if a downloadable product has been substantially accessed (e.g., downloaded more than once or accessed on multiple devices).
- Non‑returnable: Gift cards, promotions, or beta/early‑access materials are not refundable unless required by law.
3. Services (consultations, workshops)
- Cancellations: You may cancel with a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Within 48 hours: A 50% refund may be provided at our discretion to account for reserved time and preparation.
- No‑shows: Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for refunds.
- Rescheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule subject to availability.
4. How to request a refund

- Order number and purchase date
- Product or service name
- Reason for the request
- Email used at checkout
We may request additional details to verify the purchase and eligibility.
5. Processing timeline
Approved refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
6. Chargebacks
If you have any issues, contact us first—we are happy to help. Unwarranted chargebacks may be contested with supporting evidence (access logs, downloads, time stamps, and communication records).
7. Pricing, taxes, and currency
Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may be subject to applicable taxes based on your billing address. Currency conversion and foreign transaction fees (if any) are your responsibility and are not refundable by us.
